30 Day Return & Refund Policy
At The Girls and Company we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.
- If you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Please include specific details and at least one photo explaining the reason for your refund request.
Our policy offers a 30 day return policy for qualify items and full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. We will not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase.
Items that are returned without prior authorization from The Girls and Company support team will receive store credit or be at risk of not receiving a refund.
How To Return Your Item(s):
- Purchased item(s) must be unworn and unused and in their new and original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- If a returned is rejected, an e-mail notification will be sent with detailed reasoning and a refund will not be issued. Rejected item(s) will be discarded and will not be shipped back to the customer.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- You MUST include the packing slip with your item(s), or your return cannot be processed.

Because of the nature of these items, the following items can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective, we will will not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Face masks
The Girls and Company will submit the refund immediately after we receive the returned product(s). We will make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.

The Girls and Company are not be responsible for buyers returned items lost or damaged in transit. Please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
- Go to thegirlsandcompany.com/shop > account >orders
- Select the order number of the product you want to refund.
- Select the ellipsis icon (three dots) next to the order total column. This opens a prompt to Request a Refund.
- Note: If you do not see the ellipsis icon, it means the 30-day period has passed.
- Click the link to Request a refund. A Refund Request Form displays.
- Select a refund reason from the drop-down menu and add details about your reason for the refund request.
- Select Request Refund.
An automated response confirming receipt is sent to the email address associated with your account. Once we’ve had a chance to review the request, we will be in touch about the refund process.
Exchanges
If you would like to order a new size, color, or style we’d be happy to issue to you a store credit to purchase the new item once the returned item is received. Our return policy applies to all exchanges.
