Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us at info@thegirlsandcompany.com within 1 hour of placing your order. If your order has already been fulfilled and you have received a shipping confirmation, please refer to our return policy. 

Care Instructions

Most clothing and blankets can be machine washed in cold water and tumble dried on low heat unless specifically stated on the product detail page. Pillows should be spot cleaned. Some colors may bleed in the wash during the first few washes, so please wash with similar colors. Always refer to the product tags for washing and care instructions.

Gift Wrapping and Gift Messages

Unfortunately, we cannot add gift messages or offer a gift wrap option at this time. 

Gift Receipts

At this time, we cannot send gift receipts. Orders are shipped with a packing slip, but they do not include the price. 

Custom and Personalized Orders

We do not accept custom and personalized orders at this time. 

Order Status

If you would like to check the status of your order, please check your account anytime to get an order number, track shipping, or process a return.

Price Adjustments

We are happy to offer a price adjustment to items purchased at full price (not including coupons) that have dropped to a sale price within 7 days of the original purchase date. Please contact us for assistance. We will not issue a price adjustment to any items purchased outside of the 7 day timeframe. Approved price adjustments will be issued back to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 20 days for the refunded amount to be processed by your financial institution. We cannot apply a price adjustment to a gift card. However, you may still receive a coupon or store credit for the difference.
